              Our properties are located in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho, just minutes from Grand Targhee Ski & Summer resort, known worldwide for its vast snow and the best powder - skiing in the West.  Jackson Hole (home to Snow King and Teton Village Resorts) is just a few miles to the southeast.    To the northeast is Yellowstone National Park and to the north is Island Park.    Directly west is the "Big Hole" mountains, one of the finest and most beautiful snowmobiling and snowshoeing areas in the West. 

              The famous Teton River, (world renown for it's world class dry fly fishing) flows right through Teton Valley and joins the mighty Snake river to the west of the Valley.  Also to the north,  west and south are South Fork, the North Fork and Henry's Fork of the Snake River as well as Palisades Reservoir for the boating enthusiast. In other words, Teton Valley is one of the very best vacation areas of  Idaho Wyoming & Montana
